Hi, I'm Alibek Zhaskairatov — the founder and host of Aviation For Youth. I started this podcast to bring young people closer to the aviation industry by sharing real stories from pilots, airline executives, professors, airport managers, and more. What began as a small project has now become a growing community of curious minds, future aviators, and global travellers.

Through each episode, I am to make aviation more accessible, inspiring, and human! This is a growing space for curious teens to explore stories, ask questions, and grow with the industry.
